more style on about us section #30

When clicked in about, can we have something that differentiates each of the sections: the challenge; about the advisor; about the knowledge base, etc... ? and add to the end: About The Govlab like the Academy site

We already have headings for each section. Can you be more specific on how you want to differentiate each section?

What text do you want on "About The GovLab"? The same text as the academy?

Added the "About the GovLab". Made font bigger. Added horizontal lines between sections.

Also, pushing changes live as I resolve issues, so you can see and comment if something else is needed.

Tried below heading and to the right of it. It looks best at the bottom of the paragraph.
