Fixing social media buttons to be about sharing instead about linking to govlab social media

The footer is for contact info, including our social media, not for sharing. Choose a spot where you want to add a "Share" button and I'll add it.

Ideally, you place the button next to the thing you want to share. For example the report, or a case study.

The "Share" button opens up a pop-up for the user to tweet stuff, and it comes with pre-loaded text. What do you want that text to be? https://about.twitter.com/resources/buttons#tweet

Also, what is "the knowledge base" on the website? the list of case studies?

oh wait. there's a big issue. Generated reports don't have unique urls. so you can't share your results from the questionnaire. at least not as it is right now : / It's doable, but I dunno how long it'll take.

This is what the share button looks like where you wanted it. I can add text like "Share This Page" next to it, or change the icon to any of the other Font Awesome icons.

Tell me what you want me to do with it and I'll do it.
