Adds divider modifiers #54

I added $purple-40k and $blue-20k modifiers to the dividers section.

looks good thx, other thing is, if we want it to go live, we still have to deploy from the base repo after merging these kinds of PRs

can u tackle that?

right now you can just gulp deploy from the base repo, as i don't currently care about the npm versions being exactly up-to-date with the latest commit

ideally i would like to have a ‘stable’ version which is in sync with the point of history where we patched the npm ver last, and then have a ‘dev’ version which includes the full commit history, but that is another engineering piece i don’t have time for yet
