PDF page numbering != citable page numbers #9

I'm putting PDF page numbers (always starts with 1) into the YAML files, but the page number you would use in a human-readable citation (the number actually printed on a page) is typically different.

It makes sense to stay with the counted page number for now. It's unclear how we would maintain a relationship between the counted page number and the page number displayed on the page.
