This PR adds a Status field to the ElementControl class and an Ajax/JsonResponse for updating the Status field.

Statuses are:

@Tom-Camp I can merge this, but is there a ticket created for UI tests.

@Tom-Camp Can you adjust your branch to include the branch ge/inheritance and set you migration to come after the migrations in ge/inheritance pls? I’ve found it useful migrate back to the proceeding migration, delete the conflicting migration, merge in the branch that has other migrations, migrate, then re-create the conflicting migration migration so as to be latter in the sequence.
