scans are failing and quitting on a particular test on CENTOS #33

On CentOS65 testmachine scan is failing and exiting here:

Result  pass

Result  pass

Turns out this is not a failure of the test but that oscap xccdf eval command is returning an exit code value of 2 and causing govready script to stop.

Fixed with #b16f977b274654ad67f8283cd85f303e0ecec471
