Separate install of GovReady from Installing of OpenSCAP and SSG #62

In install.sh separate out the GovReady install from then installing OpenSCAP and SSG. I think the install should check for OpenSCAP and SSG and make sure they are present and install by default instead of making the user do two steps. But I could be convinced otherwise.

Solved issue by making the error messages clearer on the TRAP. Now message clearly indicates if GovReady succeeded separately from install of OpenSCAP and SSG. 3ddd19f7319b2c897d28f70356970cceef0ea858
