Two minor items:

ignore local gzipped manual page
Perl script to decode JSON from AWS EC2 describe-security-groups

Testing to see if this PR works.

@openprivacy This is content is great, but I think it makes sense to separate the QuickStart to scan a system from the set of steps to lockdown a system.

Or do you think it is more helpful to see a quick start which shows the entire process? I can see a case for that.

I can see it both ways, too. But as the QuickStart already has govready fix in it, perhaps some additional steps might be useful. Could be that they belong in a separate, but referenced document, though, as "Optional Lockdown Tips" (or "Additional Lockdown Tips").
