`test` profile failing with `scap-security-guide-0.1.21-3.el6.noarch.rpm` from Amazon quickstart #84

Test profile fails from https://github.com/GovReady/govready/blob/master/Quickstart-Amazon-Linux-openscap1.0.8.md script.
