Missing org from Admin tool: Infoempresa.com

Not sure what to make of this one - I think it is because two orgs have been given the same profile id:

Infoempresa.com is in parse as a submitted survey with id 'OZhO7m0g8j'
it came to my email as an edit for a different organization, Dato Capital, that has the same profile id 'OZhO7m0g8j'
Infoempresa.com is not in the admin tool

@gregelin could this be related to the recent bug with itopia? difference is: neither of the itopia entries have the same profile id as another org
