Error filling out survey - extra required field misaligned with the option (see picture) #232

What should alignment be? The placement of the message, "This field is required" is located where it is because it refers to the text field. There are two fields for this one question: the multiple choice and the explanation field below it.

The screenshot below shows how the message appears if neither the multiple choice or the explanation is selected.

It says 'provide other' instead of 'provide details'. The screen shot was actually taken by our regional supporter with the following accompanying text (number 4 is relevant here):

Some questions:

  1. Right now location of my org is not correct - I've changed it with precise address.
  2. I already added information about using open data of different countries (in this section "Number of countries from which open data is provided") but when I've edited again looks like previous information has been not saved? Does this feature work? Can I see this information for other organization?
  3. Could you add choose of language for editing page too? (not only for submit page).
  4. I've got strange error while editing: SCREENSHOT
