Malformed version number in example SSP #1

In the example SSP exported from GovReadyQ today, it would appear the version number of the OSCAL schema used is 1.0.0rc1, not 1.0.0-rc1. Observe the dash. I am not sure if it is schematically enforced, but I am certain that the ecosystem tools do version check and the known name will be important.

I will review upstream code and file an issue and fix as appropriate once I determine the fix.

Per conversation tonight @gregelin this appears to be kept out of band in separate scripts that are not published yet that will be soon, so I suppose I will not go back to search in the GovreadyQ code for the OSCALize scripts.
