Description

We'd like to understand the impact of max/min caps and quorum on

Robustness
Bribery
and potentially other metrics

Context

New Simulation Parameters:

Sweep over:

Caps:

max allocation cap: 0-1 (steps in 10 points), output only!
min cap allocation: 0-1 (steps in 10 points), output only!
- any overflow allocation should be redistributed equally, see R4 voting rule GOV-20

Quorum:

min. number of voters supporting the project required: 0-100% (steps in 10 points)

Voting Scenario:

voters: 10 (voters in voting in round 5: \~40 per project)
projects: 50 (projects in voting in round 5: 63)
Total OP Tokens: 8 million
no. rounds: 10 rounds (take average L1 distance)

Charts:

x-axis: max/min cap + quorum
y-axis: L1 Distance
