File extension for archived files in savestates and movies #252

It might be nice if the files inside savestates and movies had extensions
Would save some clicks when working with them, for instance, if I just simply
needed to view header information, I could double click from the 7z file
manager and it would open in notepad (with an extension such as .txt)

OK, we should start by listing what preferred extensions we'd be adding to each

How about .txt for text files, and no extension for binary, thus:

Versiontag - none
Corestate - none
Framebuffer - none
Input - .txt ?
CorestateText - .txt
MoiveHeader - .txt
Comments - .txt
Subtitles - .txt
SyncSettings - .txt
LagLog - none
GreenZone - none
GreenZoneSettings - .txt
Markers - .txt
