Input Display For PSX issues #343

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable Input Display
2. Open any PSX game (I chose Spyro 1)
3. Close the PSX Game
4. the DualShock XY Coordinates are still listed.

Tested against:
r8508

Corrected in r8510

This effected ALL Cores as the OSD was not checking for Null
