Unable to view all columns with no dataset loaded. #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a grid with many columns.
2. Instantiate the grid with autoload false.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
With no data loaded the user should be able to horizontally scroll and view all 
of the columns.
However the user can not see all of the columns.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Flexigrid 1.1 Mac OSX

Please provide any additional information below.
This situation also occurs if a filter is applied to the dataset and no records 
are returned.
