Warrior stances missing #21

Warrior stances are not created by default and are not available as scripted events.

@rygarstrong Try the release 3.4.3.6-beta-01 for warrior stances. I've only tested it in Wrath so far.

Updates and preliminary testing on Retail completed. Released as a 3.4.3.6-beta-02. I do not have a classic era warrior to a level with multiple stances for testing.
