Chunking and compression of SNIRF aux fields

Full head systems are exporting copious amounts of auxiliary data in addition to their standard channel output:

• 54-nodes x 6-axis @ 100Hz of motion data
• ~70k channels @ 7Hz of channel flags

The latter in particular will be readily compressible.

Add chunking and deflate and compare output file sizes.
