Adding Nuclear parts to Resources.txt

Did not see these in the list so:

• Nuclear Fuel Rod
• Iodine Infused Filter
• Uranium Fuel Cell
• Electromagnetic Control Rod

Also wanted to note that the extraction script did not work for me with both the console output and text file output options.

Yeah the script requires some set up that isn't documented, I'll either remove it or write it down at one point
