New WIP (but currently functional) cheat that creates a crate with every
item in it. I'm finding equipping the player with a hazmat suit from
within the editor difficult, so I have radioactive items 'manually'
excluded via flag in the XML for now. ResourcesUnfiltered.xml is configured to be shipped with the build, just like Research.xml is.
I made some portions of Mass Dismantle into public methods for this to avoid code duplication. I don't think I broke it, but I have not tested Mass Dismantle.
