Faced some problems when decoding the invalid parameters of the query string. These measures fix the problem. Log for clarity :)

Sorry I did not got back to you sooner. For quite some time this project has being maintained by @medikoo and I unsubscribed from all the notifications.

In regards to your pull request:

Could you please include a test case that illustrates the issue ?
Could you please compare how that same url is parsed in nodejs ? If node throws an error I think it would make most sense to do the same here. If it handles this error differently, this library should probably do the same.

@bhoodream if you have interest in maintaining this project please let me know and we could possibly arrange that. I am personally unable to do that.
