Explicate that index.js is the main module #8

For downstream consumers that do not infer that index.js stands for a directory.

Looks fine, and does no harm, but I have problems to understand how that helps downstream consumers. Can you elaborate?

Any compliant CJS bundler should not need that, therefore I'm closing this issue
