Here's a question, what's the need to move certificate files? could you please tell the reason or a link describing it?

before I used x-ui panel i had Xray core without any panel that why I know these errors here is the reason https://github.com/v2fly/fhs-install-v2ray/wiki/Insufficient-permissions-when-using-certificates-zh-Hans-CN

and sorry for my mistake update it's my first time I make a pull in github :D

I don't see the problem with ports and certificate permissions actually. but we'll see if we get reports on it. since moving the certificate files can cause problem in renewals, I see there's a renew script but it's somehow complicated

by the way, I'll work on gRPC example that you added and trynna pick that.
