Add SpiderX & ShortId #291

Hello Please add SpiderX to randomly choose one of the SpiderX list and give it to the user with each request to the subscription link. And also add random and constant ShortId thank you ❤️

I mean Marzban panel SpiderX & ShortId are related to reality

I refer to Xray doc, the spriderx is client part, it can be added to the editing proxy

Well, when you set it in the configuration and the user enters that configuration, SpiderX & ShortId are applied well.

I hope you understand what I mean

I found that only Xray core implements this, clash like client has no option for this, so it will to delay to add it
