Adjust new image canvas size #132

When creating new image, ask to set the canvas size. By default, new canvas size is equal to the size of the image in clipboard.

How do you think, this is the correct behavior?

Hi, I think, it will be correct and logical behavior, and also it will be more comfortable for users (at least in my experience).
