Add some amount of error to retro virus integration #9

It's very a nascent and naïve idea, but to more closely replicate retro virus and their sub-100% rate of integrating their DNA exactly where you want it to, we can add in some junk DNA at the sides of it that will interrupt the genome currently there. This will only be applied to a mutated genome with the hope of interrupting the bad one and putting a good one in the middle. There is a lot more to go into this, like whether or not doing this is even slightly realistic and whether doing it creates new and more dangerous genetic sequences at the beginning and end of the mutated genome. This might be completely useless to since retroviruses already interrupt genomes when not integrated in exons (is this true?). Also we're looking for the retrovirus to not just cut open the DNA and insert its own DNA but also cut out the bad portion and then integrate the good portion inside of it? Could you do this with an opposite base replica of the mutated genome and cut it out and then integrate the new genome? Jeez
