Navbar is now functional and navigates to all the correct endpoints. A flexbox has been utilized but a mobile hamburger menu needs to be added.
Colors are defined in a new stylesheet for global consistency so that we can easily change our color scheme as we progress.
A placeholder logo has been added until Charlie comes up with a better design.
