Sitting down with P.Chris about figuring out 501c3 non-profit use in techsoup.

Update: currently we need to get a "federal" approval of our 501c3 and not the state then reapply for techsoup non-profit benefits.

Update: We need a federal document. "Logistics" team is trying to get this document.

Update:

Ok to get the official letter that was issued in 1996 we'd have to fill out a form and it will come in about 60 days.... however they can issue what's called an affirmation letter that confirms all the same information issued from the IRS. So they're going to put that in the mail and will get to us in 7-10 days. I'll let you know once I get it!
