Confusing lack of borders

Suuuuper minor, but in the unlikely even that a requirement name is multiple lines it becomes rather annoying to discern which requirements are different. I guess It's not a big deal but I do wonder if we have some way of kind-of distinguishing requirements from each other with the solid block of red.

In theory the height distance between the carots should be a giveaway, but ideally we'd have it like other sites where hovering over a text box highlights that text box to make it slightly lighter/darker like buttons do on github.
