Upgrade the open5gs app to the latest greatest - 2.6.6 #138

Closed because it is not need it.

You can configure open5gs version when installing the helm chart providing custom values.yaml at installation / upgrade time. We don't need to change the current default values of the charts to do that.

I am afraid the charts won't work with 2.6.6 out of the box.

I will try to get it working in my branch and you can pull when you are ready.
