New Preset: wandows-ngrmadly

This isn't ready due to the assets required (not included in this) and the slight issue of the buttons looking weird (not sure if that's fixable) so it's a draft for now.

I'm also not sure how to cleanly fit this into the given naming guidelines.

Description

The wandows-ngrmadly theme from adw-colors, for use with Gradience.
