2-3 metrics for each check if cellpose's accuracy test

  1. the number of spots/cells
  2. mean distance between the closest spots/cells to the reference
  3. mean volume of each cell compared to the ground truth
  4. the number of spots detected in each cell compared to the one in the ground truth
