Distinguish external links in website navbar #162

The website's navbar currently contains both internal and external links without any kind of indicator. Usually a navbar only contains internal links, so this is a bit unexpected. I'd recommend to distinguish them with some kind of icon.

Would a simple separator be enough? Like Giving to Grafeas | Merch GitHub?

I suppose that would be good for now. Or moving them on the right side, separated form the rest of the links
