Investigate overriding behavior of blockquote button to allow greentext-style long-form chains

pressing the heading button multiple times gives you multiple headings (very good!), but pressing the blockquote button multiple times gives you and then takes away the blockquote. being able to do multiple blockquotes would be super useful for long reddit comment chains
