Add additional formatting options to simplemde toolbar

can we add more options to the editor toolbar? in particular i am looking at strikethrough, horizontal rule, and table (especially table since they're so completely awful in markdown) https://github.com/sparksuite/simplemde-markdown-editor#toolbar-icons
