Reroute the markdown help guide to Reddit instead of the generic one from SimpleMDE #271

the guide in the toolbar should link to the reddit guide (because reddit markdown is screwy), NOT the simple markdown editor guide

I'm going to close this one because this is intended behavior -- as we continue to be more welcoming to folks who haven't learned Reddit's arcane markdown format, we would rather have the volunteer rely on what the editor suggests and then we can reformat it on the backend to better fit Reddit's idea of what it should look like.
