Description:

Migrates functionality out of transcribot and into Blossom. This PR is not complete and has been opened solely for feedback while finishing this functionality.

I quite like what you're suggesting -- I can also write another management command to try and add that URL to the existing Submission objects that we have already.

I'll put some work in on that :)
