Check for usage of `**[Redacted]**` in transcriptions #335

Bolded things in brackets are not allowed.

Should this include all things in brackets (instead of only Redacted)? I could see an argument for that, maybe someone accidentally bolds instead of italicises something, but there's then also the problem of possibly usernames like Foo [Bar]

Let's do Redacted and Censored only for now and see how it works out.
