Easy

[x] Add Web Icon.
[x] Add notes that the Intern's info will not be displayed until 'start month' is set up.
[x] add_to_weekly_bin/ change the button name 'Create Weekly Bin' to 'Upload Report.'
[x] Dropdown in upload_requirement minimize.
[x] Change Icons in admin Intern Details.
[x] Remove unnecessary Status in signup.

Normal

[x] Add background in login system.
[x] Make the toggle button smaller.
[x] Make the Requirement List Smaller.
[x] Make the Post Requirement List Smaller.
[x] Add sweet alert message for user deletion.

Difficult

[x] Design for Start Month.
[x] In admin dashboard finalize the total number of interns and programs also the intern progress.
[x] Upload_narrative/ code error handling if the narrative number is duplicated.
[x] Upload_dtr/ code error handling if the narrative number is duplicated.
[x] Javascript fade out issue after unsuccessful adding of weekly bin.
