403 on menu setorder #121

I have this error whenever I try to re-order links in my main menu:

You don't have permission to access /quarx/menus/1/order on this server.

Any thoughts?

I'm not sure about this @galenskap I have not been able to replicate but all components related to translations are undergoing a refactoring based on community feedback
