Message queueing patterns #3

Write up concerns about message queue patterns and post it in libchan issue queue for official feedback

I'm having a bit of a curse of knowledge moment with this. I understand now that this is a non-issue, because libchan is so low level. Since I dont have these concerns anymore, I can't write about them.

even if I tried, the libchan issue queue would not be the appropriate place. I think we'll just mark this up as youthful folly and make a FAQ when this really does become frequently asked.
