Artifact of Transcendence always on? #9

The artifact of transcendence seems to always be on even if the artifact is disabled in the player select screen. I have tested this with a bunch of mods and with only this mod + dependencies on and it is consistent. Turning the artifact on doesn't seem to have a reverse affect on it either. fastergames1 fastergames2
