Reference to Fields plugin at page 165 #100

You mention "We'll introduce you to the Fields plugin in a later chapter" at page 165, but unless I'm mistaken such a chapter does not yet exist. It may be "to be written", but I'm reporting it here just in case.

@glenasmith Was this supposed to go into chapter 10? This should definitely be fixed for the final book.

I really like your angle on best practices in the book, much needed and a nice complement to the other books on Grails.

The published book mentions the plugin, but doesn't say that we're going to cover it.
