Fix functional REST spec #74

We need to both explain how to enable functional testing without installing a dedicated plugin and fix the sample specification. At the moment, it refers to a response property that doesn't exist.

The code has already been update and I have just submitted a sidebar to explain that it's worth depending on the Geb plugin even if you don't use Geb, since it enables the functional tests for you.
