Figure 1.4 unreadable in MEAP #75

The hedgehog diagram in chapter 1 is completely unreadable in the MEAP. We need to work out a way to get a vector diagram included, or a hi-res bitmap.

I've added an updated version that should be hi-res enough. I don't know whether this will go into the book as is, or whether an illustrator replaces it.
