Chapter 1 improvements/fixes

• The Grails wrapper is created for a new project automatically. Only need grails wrapper for Grails 2.1 and 2.2 (page 9)
• Mention that you need to run ./grailsw (with the dot and forward slash) on Unix-like systems (Mac OS X, Linux) (page 9)
• Creating a controller creates QuoteControllerSpec now, not QuoteControllerTests (page 11)
• Use <g:external dir="css" file="snazzy.css"/> to include the CSS file and <g:img> for the image (page 16)
• Update page 17 to reference <g:external> rather than <g:createLinkTo>
• Need to remove space inside string literal of database URL (page 20)
• The DataSource fragment should probably be shown inside the environments block with some ellipses to indicate there is other code in there (page 20)
• The 3's on page 21 look like part of the script rather than the output
• Formatting on source code example (page 25)
• Grails creates QuoteServiceSpec (page 27)
• Junit -> JUnit (page 28)
• Remove leading blank lines in code listing and fix indent (page 29)
• Mixin -> mixin - it's not a proper noun so doesn't need capitalisation :smile: (page 29)
• Mention significant changes between 2.2 and 2.3, perhaps in sidebar:
  • Wrapper is created by default now (use grails wrapper in 2.2)
  • Servlet version is 3.0 by default (if you want async, need to update it in a 2.2 project)
  • 2.2 doesn't create services with @Transactional annotation - annotation doesn't exist in that version
  • 2.2 creates JUnit tests, not Spock specifications
