Define JAVA_HOME #94

In chapter 1, "1.2 Getting set up", you say that we need modify the .profile to export the GRAILS_HOME environment variable, but you need also export the JAVA_HOME otherwise, the grails command fails without error.

I've made the change. Hopefully it will be accepted into the final book.
