Fix souffle configuration problem #7

Change --disable-provenance to --disable--ncurses.

Thanks for contributing! At the moment we are using the 1.5.1 souffle release (released in Jan 20). This configuration change is more recent than that (May 6), right? We will apply this change as soon as a new souffle release comes out.
