Automatic tracking not working on AVADS #1

I am using AVADS to track joint angles in a landing, I can place the markers etc however it doesn't seem to do the automatic tracking. I have tried using the videos supplied in the manual and followed the steps and it does not work for that either. I was wondering if I needed to download certain extensions when I downloaded MATLAB for this function to work?
