Accelerometer calibration fails #4

After flashing the current firmware I'm not able to configure the Accelerometer 
in Missionplaner.

Missionplaner is running through the setup so fast, I can't lay the Quad on it 
sides.
Maybe it's an Missionplaner bug, but it only occurs with this firmware.

I'm using the "Multiwii and Megapirate AIO Flight Controller w/FTDI (ATmega 
2560) V2.0", Windows 8.1 with the newest Missionplaner 1.3.10.

In Flight-Data the horizon is flipping/jiggling around, so the Accelerometer 
shows an unnatural movement.

Could be newer MP will not work with this firmware, especially for calibration.

Use older MP or start calibration using terminal.
